Membership in the Irish Family History Forum is available at three levels. Membership dues are per year (January to December).

Individual $20 / Family $30 / Corporate $50 ($60 outside USA)

Members joining before September 30 will receive all back issues of the current year's newsletter. Members joining October through December will be extended to include a full membership year. See Enrollment Form.

Member Benefits

The Welcome Packet – containing a Submission Form for submitting your surnames to the data base of our Surname Inquiry List; blank forms of a Pedigree Chart and a Family Group Chart; maps of Counties, Dioceses and Probate Districts of Ireland; the LDS Resource Guide of The Ireland Householders Index; multiple other blank forms to record your research results; list of research repositories of New York area; list of research repositories in Ireland; list of county libraries in Ireland.

Monthly Meetings – held September through June with pre-meeting help sessions for beginners and intermediate researchers.

The Forum Newsletter – published bi-monthly, September to June, focusing on local, national, and international topics, free queries for members, latest developments in Irish research, and member research contributions.

The John Rowane Memorial Library – containing over 300 publications on various topics in Irish genealogy, history, and culture … and growing.

The IFHF Surname Inquiry List – enables members to exchange names, dates and localities in Ireland and America. The List includes surnames being researched by our members, the Irish county and town of origin, local U.S. residence(s) along with dates for both of the place-name categories. Names and addresses of the members are referenced and members are encouraged to contact one another. At the last printing, there were more than 2400 surnames listed.
